RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICY
We want you to be completely satisfied with your online purchase. Please email us at email@example.com to get a return address. If you change your mind for any reason, we will gladly accept a return of any full priced subject to the following conditions:
- the item must be returned within 14 days of receiving, together with original proof of purchase. We suggest all items are tried on as soon as they are received to ensure you are able to return items within the returns time frame.
- items must be returned in original condition, unworn, unaltered, unwashed (free of any stain of makeup, deodorant or wear) and with their tags attached. Faulty items must be reported within 2 days of receipt. If not reported, we will not issue credit. If you have received an incorrect item, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your package.
Exceptions to our Return policy
-Earrings and Piercings-
Due to health and safety regulations, earrings and piercings are cannot be returned or exchanged.
Tarnishing is not considered a fault, as our jewelry at some point will be in contact with chemicals and tarnishing will occur.

This occurrence is dependent on the skin and care habits of the wearer. For this reason, we encourage the customers to follow our Jewellery Care Guide to prevent from tarnishing.
-Sale Items & Gift Cards-
Sale items and Gift Cards are non-refundable.
Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable and return costs are the customer's responsibility. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. If you are returning a faulty item, in this case the shipping cost will be refunded.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $70.00, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery is not applicable for refunds. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
